New Blog

Today, I am wondering what to write. My brain is dead from all the classes this week. I have about two secret crushes, one here and one at MSU. I also wonder what will happen at Arkansas State this weekend, will we improve to 2-1 or will the Fedora Era come to a screeching halt. I sure hope not. Oh, well my dear readers, I hope we can survive this weekend. Anyway, that is in the back of our minds as hurricane Ike is churrning across the Gulf of Mexico. It may hit Texas but who in Mississippi cares. This week, we remembered 9/11 and what happened all those years ago. We hope that it will never happen again. I remember what I was doing on that faithful day when history was made. Does anybody else? I sure hope so. This day shall live in infamy. Sound familiar? It was spoken by President Franklin D. Roosevelt the day after Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Japanese. 9/11 is one day that we as Americans should not forget but we often do forget. This day was the most violent day in the world. The world has never nor will ever see such dispicable acts of terror again. The USA is hunting down the terrorist who attacked us and are making them pay in a way that most Americans don't want us to. Most American want us out of Iraq and Afganistan. It is a price to pay, even for the young ROTC cadets who I go to class with. Cadet Julie Angle and Cadet Candice Stuart, they probably don't want to go to Iraq or Afganistan but they will if they are called up to because it is an honor and a duty to serve in the military. I wish I could. I probably couldn't pass my physical due to asthma. Oh, well. Anyway, we all should remember the day which will live on in our lives. I just hope we as Americans will remember for years to come. And to say my good-bys because i have a big test to study for in Admistration of Justice. It may be an easy test but it may not, I have to study to find out. Oh, well. I have to go and study and watch TV afterwords. So until next time, TTFN. Ta Ta For Now.
